Privacy policy

Who this applies to

This policy covers the public website at www.layeredtales.in, operated as Layered Tales by Priyanka, a home bakery in Tarnaka, Secunderabad.

What you can share

The order form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, occasion, the bake you want, an approximate serving size, a budget range, a preferred date, and any notes you add. Email is optional. The form does not send those details to a database on this website. Choosing “Continue on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with a summary you can read before you send it.

What we do not collect here

This website does not take card or UPI payments, does not create customer accounts, and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A single item is stored in your browser’s session storage (lt-intro) so the opening animation plays only once per visit. It is cleared when you close the browser tab session.

Messages after you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, email Layeredtalesbypriyanka@gmail.com, or call the numbers shown on the site, those services handle the message under their own terms. We use what you send to reply about availability, pricing, and your order.

How long details are kept

Order conversations are kept for as long as needed to complete the order and answer follow-up questions. Confirm the exact retention period before publishing a stricter promise.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent about an enquiry by emailing Layeredtalesbypriyanka@gmail.com or messaging the WhatsApp number on this site. Have a lawyer confirm how Indian privacy rules apply to a home bakery before you rely on this page as legal advice.
