Orders

Sending the order form opens a WhatsApp summary. It is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after Priyanka agrees with you on WhatsApp about availability, the item and its design, the date, the final price, and collection or delivery arrangements.

Custom cakes are best requested 3–5 days ahead. Larger celebration cakes may need more time. Prices on the menu are starting points and can change with size, finish, and custom detail.

Customisation

Flavour, size, colours, and finish can be discussed. Reference photos are a starting point. The finished bake is handmade, so small differences from a photograph are part of the work.

Payment

This website does not collect payment. For collection orders, payment is due when you collect your order. For delivery orders, payment timing and the accepted payment method will be agreed with you on WhatsApp before the order is confirmed.

Cancellation and changes

Please check the order details carefully before confirming. Cancellations are not accepted after an order is confirmed. Requests to change the date, size, or design are subject to feasibility and how far preparation has progressed; contact Priyanka as soon as possible to discuss a change.

Collection and delivery

Collection is from Sri S C Sai Towers, Tarnaka, Secunderabad. Please place your order on WhatsApp before visiting; orders are not taken at the door. Delivery may be available by prior arrangement. The delivery location, fee, timing, payment arrangements, and handoff details will be agreed on WhatsApp before the order is confirmed.

Allergens and ingredients

The kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Bakes are not made in an allergen-free space, and cross-contact is possible. Tell us about allergies when you enquire. We cannot guarantee a bake is free of an allergen.

What we ask of you

Please give a reachable WhatsApp number, a realistic date, and accurate notes about servings and allergies. Perishable bakes should be collected at the agreed time and kept as you would any fresh cream or butter cake.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact Priyanka as soon as possible, preferably on the day of collection or delivery, and include a photo where relevant. Each concern will be reviewed individually and an appropriate resolution discussed with you.
